This Beige Floral print Large heat-pack is the perfect companion when you’re feeling any type of cramping, menstrual pain, muscle aches and anxiety. It is also great to sleep with on a chilly winter night.
The heat-packs have a polyester cotton patterned fabric on one side, and a polar fleece on the other side to provide further comfort and softness to the item. They are also filled with 1kg all-natural rice, are non-toxic and of course they are reusable. The long shaped heat-packs are 1″ Tall x 7″ Wide x 11″ Long.
BASIC HEAT-PACK GUIDE:
- Heat the pack in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (test heat every 30 seconds for the first try as you may make the pack too hot if you go straight to 2 minutes)
- Avoid direct contact with skin, use mainly over clothing unless the pack is starting to cool down and it is safe to have on skin.
- Contact your GP/ Doctor if you have any medical concerns regarding using temperature as a pain relief tool, or how heat might affect the body.
- If the pack gets wet, allow it to dry completely. If dirty, spot clean with a damp cloth, and allow to dry.
